Crested Ten (40%, OB)
Nose: A strong start of sherry can't help but catch your nose on first impression of This unique Irish Whiskey.  This is nicely balanced with a sharp pot still, with a bit of sweet melon and spicy ginger.
Taste: There is a maltiness that warms your palate while the sweet and spice play off one another, all the while the hints of bourbon and sherry wood come through this whiskey.
Finish: Crested ten offers a level of refinement that it's namesake seems to lack.  The Grain and sherry taper off in a smooth and refreshing finish.
