Levantine Gin begins with double distilled single malt new make, just like the whisky of The Milk & Honey Distillery. It is made in the distillery from start to finish and contains eight different local botanicals that are hand-picked at the nearby spice market.

This Small Batch Single Malt Gin is a smooth, herbaceous spirit with subtle malty notes that is inspired by Tel-Aviv's rich gastronomic culture.
