This cachaça is the result of a privileged terroir and it is not aged in wood. Instead, it rests for six months in underground paraffin-coated stone tanks built 250 years ago that were given the status of National Heritage.

Its intense aroma is reminiscent of old sugarcane fields and its taste starts powerful, becomes almost sweet and fills up your mouth. It is the perfect cachaça to enjoy straight and it tastes wonderful in citric fruit caipirinhas. It featured as one of the best cachaças in the Playboy magazine ranking in 2009 and 2011.
