In line with the non-industrial nature of all Santo Grau cachaças, Itirapuã is made with the help of a water-wheel driven by a stream, which powered the entire mill for years.

Fermentation is 100% natural, the result of the cornmeal made in this mill since 1860.

All of this and the aging in oak and jequitibá barrels results in a cachaça with a slightly woody aroma and a gentle and smooth taste.
