The family Vallein Tercinier offers to connoisseurs a wide range of premium Cognacs bottled at the Domaine since 1850.

Sélection is a young and powerful 3 year old Cognac. This is a blend of fine Fins Bois and Bons Bois eaux-de-vie that have a forward, powerful nose, with a slight bronze colour due to distillation in copper stills. For tasting, it will also appreciate with tonic, with chilled water or "on the rocks".
