A pioneering collaboration between Kilchoman Distillery and The Kyoto Distillery sees Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin aged in bourbon barrels formerly used to mature Islay single malt Scotch whisky.

Regularly monitored by the distillery team, the gin has been carefully matured to the point where sweetness and peat smoke are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend.
