The Grappa that represents the deep bond between Marzadro and Trentino more than any other: Marzadro 43° is made from a blend of marcs from grapes native to Trentino: 80% Teroldego, Marzemino and Merlot varietals; 20% Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau and Moscato varietals, which give it typical and unmistakable aromas and flavours. The traditional method of distillation in a Bagnomaria pot still is first applied to obtain the core of the precious multiple grape spirit. The Grappa is then left to rest for 12 months in steel barrels.
