Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich and woody, on oak, caramel, vanilla and cinnamon with lime, raspberry, apple and honey.

Palate: Dry and fresh, quite citrusy on grapefruit, soursop, gooseberry, undergrowth, tannins and pepper.
