This is one of the two final releases in the Tropical Hummingbird Series.
The Guyana is a wonderful 17 year old rum coming from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana. This rum has a tropical ageing of 10 years and was distilled in a Versailles single wooden pot still, with molasses as a base, and was matured at a cask strength of 59.3%. The Diamond Distillery was founded around 1670, and is owned by Demerara Distillers Limited.
