Born, in the distillerie of Michel Sajous, in the North of Port au Prince, this Clairin Sajous, is subtly associated with Caroni. Indeed, thanks to a 19 months ageing in Caroni Cask this artisanal rhum shows hints of spices (ginger) and fruit as well as a slight petrol notes.
