Compagnie des Indes Rums offer a wide variety of origins in order to showcase the diversity of taste and aromas, as well as the know-how and "Terroir" of each origin.
Similar to wine making, rums can present different flavor profiles depending on the region they are produced in.
At Compagnie des Indes, the "Terroir" is respected in every Rum of their range; from their blends up to their most regarded Single Casks.

This single cask comes from a blend of Central American rums with a very strong Latin dominance (+ 60% rum from Guatemala). This refining of 12 months, was realized in our cellars, in barrel of Vosne-Romanée, prestigious appellation of Burgundy, with notoriety and world renown. 
 
The nose is on exotic fruits like pineapple and mango. We can also find almond paste notes after aeration. The palate is suave and rich on notes of red fruits. The finish in barrel of red wine has brought a great complexity to this rum while being very accessible.
