This rum was distilled at the Caroni Distillery in Trinidad on their great column still and is a classic example of their 'HTR' Heavy Type Rum.

The small batch bottling from a 1997 distillation has been bottled at cask strength showing all the quality and depth of flavour for which this distillery was famous.

Sadly it is now closed and this style of rum will just become a memory when the stock has been consumed.
