A classic heavy column still rum from the legendary closed Caroni distillery of Trinidad.

It has spent 9 years in the tropical climate of the island building intensity and concentration in American oak casks, and then a second maturation in sweet hand-selected casks in Europe gave it refinement.

Its peppery and smoky notes of liquorice, dark coffee and herbs are matched by the sweet soul of sugarcane and a refined crescendo of aromas which make it fierce but sophisticated.
