Whiskies bottled from the new 'Private Collection' have been personally selected by members of the Urquhart family that has owned Gordon & MacPhail for four generations. Each is a unique and exquisite chapter in Scotland's history of whisky.

Tasting Notes by Gordon & MacPhail:

Aroma: Smooth, dark treacle and brown sugar combine with sweet and subtle vanilla pod. Mixed spices; cinnamon and ginger come to the fore, leading to dried fig.

Taste: Toasted almond notes combines with aromas of fruit and nut milk chocolate. Smooth; succulent stewed fruit with ripe plum and damson develops.

Finish: A long and slightly oily finish with lingering spice and brazil nut.
