The Loch Gorm 2020 Edition is a vatting of twenty oloroso sherry butts filled in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011, bottled in Spring 2020
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Soft leathery peat smoke, cinnamon, cloves and cured meats.
Palate: Sultanas, stewed plums, waves of BBQ spices, peat smoke, sea salt and citrus sweetness.
Finish: Dried fruits and peat smoke with lasting mixed spices and sweetness.
