Am Bùrach, gaelic for 'the mess'.

A true one-off, never to be repeated. Am Bùrach has a somewhat complicated nine year maturation, a vatting of bourbon and sherry matured Kilchoman combined with port cask matured before being filled back into bourbon barrel for a further six years ahead of a six month finish in ruby port casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Summer fruits, citrus, soft peat smoke and seaside aromas.

Palate: Red berry jam, peat embers, hints of lemon zest and soft caramel sweetness.

Finish: Layers of soft fruits, candied sweetness and briny peat smoke.
