Tasting notes:

Appearance: Rich mahogany with a red cherry-wood centre.

Nose: Treacle, molasses and dried dates. Layers of frui over a base of prunes, plums and ripe blueberries.

Palate: Full bodied with rich classic rich sherry notes. Coffee-mocha flavours underpinned with swwet oloroso fortified element. Dense fruit cake with a luxurious marzipan twist. Fabulous weight.
