This small-batch release has been crafted from lightly peated spirit matured in a combination of first-fill oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich desert wine aromas mix with deep bourbon sweetness.

Palate: Gentle hints of burnt sugar mix with soft oak and vanilla, hazelnut and hints of orange are also present.

Finish: The finish lingers beautifully with overtures of butterscotch and honey at the very end. A trully enjoyable experience.
