Colour: Golden sunrise.

Nose: Layers of nutty aromas, with honeycomb and stewed apricots, followed by hints of dried berries, butterscotch and walnuts.

Taste: Waves of liquorice, heather honey and cinnamon, followed by toffee, mocha and hints of peppers, with spiced ginger on the finish.
