Finally a Palo Cortado to almost complete our "collection" of authentic sherry casks (still looking after an Amontillado cask and the collection will be complete!). A 50 years old bodega cask that took this whisky into another dimension of taste and flavour. Plenty of rancio, raisins, muscovado sugar and red dried fruits without ever being dry or tannic. A dangerous bottle to have at your disposal!
