Deze top rosé met temperament wordt gemaakt van lokale Grenache Noir en Tempranillo druiven uit de Penedès. Delicate zalm kleur en een mooie neus van vers fruit. Met hints van granaatappel, framboos, bloemen en citroen.

Colour: Pale rose petal color with bluish reflections.

Aroma: Expressive wine with a high aromatic intensity, citrus fruit (grapefruit and passion fruit) and tropical notes (pineapple and mango) on a floral background (jasmine) and fresh aromatic herbs (thyme and mint).

Taste: Nice and sweet entrance with a smooth and balanced mouth. Lightly acid finish that makes it durable and gourmand.

Pairing: Combines perfectly with all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine, such as salads, grilled vegetables, blue fish and seafood. Ideal for an aperitif moment. Great companion of tapas or sushi.
