Nose: Classic Pot Still spices in harmony with Oloroso seasoned Spanish oak. Deep dried fruit with a little orange zest blends with bitter almond, leather and toasted aok. With nutty vanilla bringing some balancing sweetness.

Taste: Full, round and velvety smooth. The rich Pot Still spices blend seamlessy with the abundance of succulent fruit. Soft vanilla compliments the hint of ground coffee and a subtle backdrop of Spanish oak.

Finish: Complex and sophisticated, holding its perfect balance for an age.
