Domaine UBY is situated in the Gascogne area of France. It is a family owned vineyard that produces Wines and Armagnac. The range of UBY Armagnac is created from both the Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes and distilled at the vineyard itself.

They age in French Oak barrels to develop the “eau de vie” into the noble amber-coloured liquid. The traditional range consists of 5 different age expressions - 3 to 20 years old. 

Tasting Notes:

Character: Candied fruits, long & unctuous

Colour: Beautiful amber colour with mahogany highlights.

Nose: The nose, which is fine and delicate, releases extraordinary aromas of candied orange and mandarin, then develops towards notes of lightly stewed plum.

Taste: Ample and smooth, the palate seduces us with notes of fig, orange and cinnamon. The finish is long and nice, with a very polished woodiness, and an end in the mouth of toasted hazelnuts.
