Fiji 2004 - 2022 Single Barrel Selection

Single Barrel Selection Fiji 2004 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a pot still in 2004. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon cask and is bottled at cask strength at 68,3% abv. in August 2022. The rum is non-chill filtered and no additives have been used. S.B.S Fiji 2004 is limited to 210 bottles only.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet and flowery notes paired with hints of walnuts, cream, vanilla and leather.

Palate: Strong and alcoholic at first due to the high abv. Notes of roasted coffee beans, coconut, burnt caramel and menthol.
