A new small batch whisky release from 'Scotland’s little gem’- Edradour in the heart of Perthshire. Distilled in 2012 and matured for 11 years in Sauternes hogsheads before being bottled in May 2023. Replacing the Straight From The Cask Series  this bottling is none chill filtered, has natural colour and bottled at a great strength of 48.2% abv. Expect luscious flavours of honeycomb, sweet orange and apricot notes imparted from the ex-Bordeaux sweet wine casks.
