Located on the west coast of Fiji, the South Pacific distillery produce a quality rum since 1980. This unique cask offers an olfactory and gustatory ride, very rich and complexe.

Tasting notes

Nose: Essence of coconuts, lemon from Menton and empyreumatique notes (rubber, camphor…). With the scents of sweet vanilla, you’ll find exotic fruits (pineapple) and a hint of liquorice.

Palate: The attack is soft and subtle. The aromas of fruits and spices are followed by enjoyable menthol notes.

Final: Persistent, spiced, chocolate-flavored and menthol, followed by just a hint of balsamic.
