This unique, rare, bottling of Deanston was originally hand-filled to Bourbon casks in June 2006. After 8 years the amber gold spirit was then carefully transferred to specially selected Pedro Ximénez Butts and returned to Deanston's vaulted warehouse on the banks of the River Teith. Here it was left to finish maturing for a further 2 years, taking on the influence and aromas of the dark, sweet sherry wood.
