The Cask Series gives you the opportunity to be a part of the journey towards creating the first Israeli single malt whisky. Each of the editions in the Cask Series is a young single malt spirit that has been aged for a short period of time – from several months and, in the future, up to three years, meaning it is not yet whisky. The editions in the Cask Series are the link between our New Make and our single malt whisky that is currently maturing.

The series includes limited, numbered editions. This is your opportunity to join us on the journey and be part of the spirit’s aging process.
