10% organic floor malted barley, fermented with brewer's yeast and pot-column distilled.

90% organic grain spirit re-distilled with Dornoch's proprietary botanical blend.

The grain spirit gives us a light smooth canvas upon which we balance delicate botanical influences while the malt spirit provides body and texture.
