Tasting Notes:

Olive black, briliant, heavy. Difficult to describe - there is such a wide variety of sensations, their mixture seems natural. Light coffee, liquorice, flavours perfectly integrated in the whole - wood, wine and oxidative ageing. Again the red fruits compote and dried fruits with a final taste of toasted coffee.
