Tropical Ageing: 25 years in Bourbon cask

Continental Ageing: 1,5 years in Ferrand cask

Further Maturation: 6 months in Teeling Whiskey cask

Tasting Notes:

Nose: At first fruity notes of orange, blackberry and apple with spicy and malty notes. It then evolves on grass and chocolate.

Palate: Full, similar to the nose, but on a spicier profile of cloves followed by cinnamon with apricot, vanilla and lemon.
