Selected by and bottled for Bresser & Timmer - NL

This single cask bottling has been matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for nearly seven years before being finished in an STR cask for over five months. Kilchoman STR casks are Shaved, Toasted and Re-Charred ex-red wine hogsheads.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Vanilla and citrus with fresh fruits and spice.

Palate: Peat smoke, lemon zest, red fruits and soft sweetness.

Finish: Light smoke with a balance of sweetness and spice.
