"Following the success of our 200 Fathoms Imperial Stout Release we know we wanted to continue to work with Galway Bay, harnessing our mutual dedication to crafting full on flavour. Firstly, we gave Galway Bay our ex-Rum barrels, used to marry our Small Batch Whiskey to produce their own Teeling Whiskey Aged Barleywine. On their return, we refilled these casks with our Small Batch Whiskey, allowing the whiskey to benefit from further maturation in these Barleywine Barrels."

Tasting Notes:

This whiskey has captured a significant depth of flavour, a punchy ale aroma on the nose gives way to a creamy barley sweetness, intermingling with notes of cherry, apple and rum raisin.
