Patrick and his team at Zuidam distillers are doing a great job. We are happy to finally work with them. The nice thing is that this is an official bottling. They were so kind to use the bottles we always use for our whisky and to use their labels, proudly featuring our logo! The refill-px cask brings just enough sweetness to provide a perfect balance to this young peated whisky.
